Terms of Use:  We strive to keep our website up to date and information accurate.  We retain the right to cancel and refund a customer's order if products become unavailable, are incorrectly labeled or are in the process of being updated.

  1. What methods of payments do you offer?

    We currently support payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express..

  2. What taxes will be added to my order?

    All purchases in Canada are charged the 5% GST, as well as any applicable provincial sales taxes (PST), or the combined HST.

Shipping Fees

What do you charge for delivery?   

Throughout Canada, order totals up to $200. incur a shipping fee of $19.95.   Orders over $200 have a shipping fee of $24.95.

Throughout the United States, order totals up to $250  cost $29.95 for shipping.

  • Orders between $250 and $500:  $39.95 shipping fee
  • Orders between $500 and $1,000:  $49.95 shipping fee
  • Orders between $1,000 and $2,000: $54.95 shipping fee
  • Orders over $2,000:   $99.95 shipping fee
  • International
  • Orders up to $100 : $56.95 shipping fee
  • Orders between $100 and $500 : $110.95 shipping fee
  • Orders over $500 - $220.95: shipping fee
        1.   Additional shipping charges will be levied for large boxes, rugs and mats.   If additional delivery charges are due, we will contact you to confirm your order prior to fulfilling it.   Not all products are eligible for shipping to all locations. 
        2. When can I expect my order?   Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.  Dash & Albert rugs and Adama Spanish Mats are special order items.   Please expect a 3-4 week delivery time under normal circumstances.

        Returns

        1. Can I return my purchases?

          Items purchased in store may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days.  Online orders may be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.  Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same state that you received them.  Special order or sale items are not returnable. 

        2. How do I return my purchase?

          Please email support@madisonandmuse.com for permission to return your item before mailing it. Once confirmed, please mail your purchase to:  3826 Cadboro Bay Road, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, V8N 4G2.        

        3. Who pays for the cost to return the item to Madison & Muse ?

          Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to Madison & Muse.
