In order to make your purchase an enjoyable one, we strive to answer all your questions about our products and services. Our frequently asked questions (FAQs) are organized by category and can be accessed by selecting the category tabs to see questions and answers.

Payment

  1. What methods of payments do you offer?

    We currently support payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

  2. Are there any additional charges for your products?

    All purchases in Canada are charged the 5% GST, as well as any applicable provincial sales taxes (PST), or the combined HST.  There are also delivery charges, which are dependent upon the delivery service.

  3. Where are you located?  Our "brick and mortar" shop is at 3826 Cadboro Bay Road, Victoria, Canada, V8N 4G2.

Products

  1. Will your linen fit my bed?  We offer bedding in standard  North American single, double, queen, king sizes.  Our generous fitted sheets accommodate a 16" deep mattress. To view our complete set of sizes and dimensions for our bed linen, please visit our bed linen size guide.
  2. I wish you had my favorite product in a different size or color.  What can I do?        Tell us!  We love to have feedback from our customers. You may just find your idea among our next season's launch.
  3. Linen seems so luxurious.  Can I really just throw it in the washing machine?

    Yes.  Despite its beauty, linen is two or three times stronger than cotton. Use gentle detergent, never use bleach and either hang to dry or put in the dryer on low heat or fluff settings. Don't overdry.  See our washing instructions on every label.

Shipping

  1. What delivery options to you offer?

    We offer standard and expedited shipping options, where available. Not all locations are served by our expedited service. If you select the expedited delivery and it is not available at your location, we will contact you to confirm your order and standard delivery and refund any monies that were charged for the expedited delivery option.   2. What do you charge for delivery in Canada?

    Our rate for standard delivery is $9.95 per delivery, however additional charges may apply for large orders, furniture, or to destinations not easily served by our shipping partners. If additional delivery charges are due, we'll contact you to confirm your order prior to fulfilling it. We also offer an expedited service which costs $39.95, again the same conditions apply for large orders or destinations not easily served by our shipping partners.  Furniture orders carry a delivery surcharge.  We add 20% of the purchase total to ship large furniture.  

  3. When can I expect my order?

    We will process your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders, shipped with our standard delivery service, will arrive within 5-7 business days, though remote or difficult to reach locations may take longer. If the the order is shipped with our expedited service, it should arrive in 2-3 business days, depending on the exact location.

  4. Do you deliver to the US?

    Yes we now deliver to the US.  Due to the difference between currencies, U.S. customers enjoy some fantastic prices on our site.

Returns

  1. Can I return my purchases?

    Yes, you can return your items up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.  Returns must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same state that you received them.  Special order items are not returnable. 

  2. How do I return my purchase?

    Please contact us at support@madisonandmuse.com, and we will provide the necessary information for you to return your purchase.

  3. How quickly can I expect to get my money back?

    We issue immediate refunds on unused products that have been returned in their original packaging.   It will be dependent on your specific credit card as to when they apply the credit to your card.

  4. Who pays for the cost to return the item to Madison & Muse?

    The customer will be responsible for the cost to return the item to us, with the exception of products that are damaged, in which case Madison & Muse will pay for the cost of returning the product.
